Canberra COVID-19 case numbers
There have been 11 new cases of COVID-19 recorded in the ACT to 8pm yesterday.
Of these cases, 9 are linked to known cases or ongoing clusters, with 2 under investigation. 7 of the 11 cases were in the community for part of their infectious period, and 2 are under investigation.
There are now 163 cases that have recovered during this outbreak, which means there are 222 active cases associated with this outbreak.
There are 11 patients in ACT hospitals, including 1 receiving intensive care support.

Canberra COVID-19 testing
A total of 2,488 tests were collected across both ACT Government and Capital Pathology sites.
AstraZeneca interval reduced to 4-8 weeks
Canberrans can now get their second dose of AstraZeneca COVID-19 vaccine between 4-8 weeks after their first dose to better protect them from the Delta variant.
The change is based on advice from the ACT's Chief Health Officer in line with guidance from the Australian Technical Advisory Group on Immunisation.
