Canberra COVID-19 case numbers
There have been 15 new cases of COVID-19 recorded in the ACT to 8pm yesterday.
Of these cases, 13 are linked to known cases or ongoing clusters, with 2 under investigation. Five cases were in quarantine during their infectious period, 8 spent some time in the community during their infectious period and 2 are under investigation.
There are now 212 cases that have recovered during this outbreak, which means there are 227 active cases associated with this outbreak.
There are 9 patients in ACT hospitals, including 2 receiving intensive care support and 1 requiring ventilation.
Canberra exposure locations
We have 340 active exposure locations listed. Please keep an eye on the website.
ACT Health is working with over 1,500 people who have self-identified as close contacts of ACT outbreaks.
Canberra COVID-19 testing
Over 3,400 were collected across both ACT Government and Capital Pathology sites, and 3,324 negative test results were returned.
New Check In CBR app features
The Check In CBR app is one year old today and has new features with the latest update,
Push notifications of an SMS will alert users to their check in date and time lining up with an exposure location.
The app will indicate if you're a close or casual contact so you can quarantine and get a COVID test, or if you need to monitor for symptoms.
